Viya Nsumbu // Founder & Director
Viya Nsumbu is a reputation expert who advises leaders and organisations at their most critical moments. With over fifteen years in communications, her career spans public affairs, corporate communications, and cultural leadership.
She has held roles at Sky, Edelman, and the British Library, and advised organisations from the Ford Foundation and UN Women to IKEA and ASICS.
Recognised for her leadership on purpose-driven communications, she is a regular speaker on reputation and authentic storytelling. She has judged awards such as the PR Week Purpose Awards, the Pros Awards and the CIPR Excellence Awards.
Viya also serves as a Trustee of UP Projects and on the Advisory Board of UNTOLD Impact.
